R2POWER300 will set up all the preliminary studies for a new 300mm Pilot Line located at STMicroelectronics in Agrate Brianza – Milan, including new dedicated facilities and all the involved 300mm equipment and materials. This platform evolution will impact new generations of Smart Power and Discrete technologies, bringing to the partners and ST a greater production efficiency and a leading-edge lithography (i.e. 90nm gate length) to unleash the next generation of smart power and power discrete products.
