AENEAS partner, the European Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU), continues to drive Europe’s leadership in 5G and 6G networks and services through its Public-Private Partnership framework. Dedicated to advancing industrial innovation, the SNS JU funds projects that establish a robust research and innovation (R&I) roadmap and deployment agenda. By engaging a critical mass of European stakeholders and fostering international collaboration, the SNS JU plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of next-generation networks.
In January 2025, the SNS JU launched its third wave of 6G projects, marking a major step forward in building a strong European R&I foundation for next-generation networks. These projects are designed to drive advancements in 6G technologies, further solidifying Europe’s position at the forefront of global innovation.
To showcase the activities and ambitions of these newly launched projects, two webinars will be hosted. They are organised by the SNS OPS project, supported by the 6G-IA and SNS JU Office. These sessions will provide an overview of the projects, offering insights into their objectives and contributions to the 6G ecosystem.

This second webinar will present Stream B5 (International Collaboration – EU-Japan), B6 (International Collaboration – EU – Republic of Korea), B7 (Sustainability Lighthouse), B8 (Reliable AI for 6G), C (SNS Microelectronics Lighthouse) and D (SNS Large Scale Trials and Pilots with Verticals) projects.
