AENEAS, a partner of the European Chips Skills Academy (ECSA), is pleased to announce the official launch of the ECSA e-Learning Platform.
All interested parties are invited to create their accounts and begin exploring the extensive features tailored to advance the microelectronics sector through education, mobility, and career opportunities. Currently, the platform boasts a wealth of training content, with additional courses to be added as the project progresses. Partners have been actively developing high-quality material, ready for users to access.
What’s In It For You
Open Educational Resource (OER) Platform: All training content developed by the consortium is available free of charge. The platform offers interactive learning with access to a diverse array of resources, course discussions, and communities of practice.
Personalized Learning Paths: Catering to students, trainers, and professionals seeking to upskill or reskill, the platform curates content based on specific learning needs. It covers various EQF levels and different career stages.
Gamification Features: The platform includes tools for knowledge testing and competence verification, enhancing the educational experience with engaging and enjoyable elements.
Mobility Hub: This feature serves as a digital bulletin board for the microelectronics sector, providing listings and offers for students, trainees, researchers, and professionals, thus facilitating mobility and new opportunities.
Internship Listings: The platform features internship opportunities across the sector, promoting cross-border exchanges and collaboration. These listings are compatible with Erasmus+ tools, easing educational and professional exchanges.
Job Fair & Career Expo: The digital expo connects employers and job seekers, supporting cross-border and cross-sector mobility. This feature meets ESCO and EURES standards and links to various EU tools and gateways, enhancing access to the European job market.
On behalf of ECSA, AENEAS welcomes third parties interested in showcasing their training courses, materials, or job opportunities on the platform. The goal is to establish the e-Learning Platform as the central hub for training in the microelectronics sector, strengthening skills and competencies across the board.
Interested parties are encouraged to contact Victoria Cummings, ECSA project coordinator, at vcummings@semi.org, to join this initiative.
