As part of an 18-partner consortium of the European Chips Skills Academy (ECSA), AENEAS is proud to contribute to bridging education and the microelectronics industry in Europe.
The European Chips Skills Academy is a newly EU-funded project to meet the growing demands for skills in the evolving microelectronics labour market. Building on the success of the METIS4Skills project, ECSA will offer a comprehensive training catalogue with over 80 courses in microelectronics. These courses are designed to meet the evolving needs of our industry and prepare a new generation of skilled professionals.
The ECSA project, set to run until September 2027, promises a journey filled with exciting developments and innovative breakthroughs.
