This inaugural edition, organised by AENEAS, EPoSS, and Inside Industry associations, brought together 40 enthusiastic STEM students from 20 countries to hear about Electronics Components and Systems, powered by Advanced Microelectronics and Integration Technologies as well as new Embedded Softwareand Systems paradigms presented by more than 30 high-level speakers from leading universities, research institutes and companies.
Amidst the vibrant exchange of ideas, the event also served as a testament to the importance of addressing the skills gap in the European Electronic Components and Systems sector. As co-organisers, we believe that the 2023 edition, held in the context of the European Year of Skills, played an important role in encouraging the engagement of young minds in this dynamic field. The week-long program not only provided valuable insights but also provided input for bridging the existing skills shortage.
