The Chips JU Consultation Workshop “Sustainable and Greener Manufacturing of ECS” will take place online on 19 October 2023, 09:00-12:00 CEST.
The goals of this workshop are:
- Introduction of activities in the field of Sustainable and Greener Manufacturing of ECS in Europe: running EU projects and state-of-the-art of technologies.
- Consultation on planned focus topic call (IA) Sustainable and Greener Manufacturing of ECS.
- Discussion on Requirements for PFAS elimination in chip manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Initiate the building of consortia on the topic and commonly discuss future R&D&I needs regarding Sustainable and Greener Manufacturing of ECS
