The AENEAS Technical Expert Group (TEG) has been set up to advise the AENEAS Management Committee in all technical matters relating to programmes and projects relevant to AENEAS activities. Primarily, this involves acting as evaluators, reviewers and mentors to EUREKA Cluster programmes managed by AENEAS, which now means Xecs.
AENEAS is launching a request for candidates an annual basis in order to ensure having, in a controlled group size, all the in-depth knowledge required to carry out the TEG mission, we are launching a request for candidates to participate in the TEG. AENEAS welcomes additional expertise across all domains covered by the Electronic Components and Systems Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda, with a special emphasis in the following topics:
- “Embedded Software and Beyond”;
- “Edge Computing and Embedded Artificial Intelligence”, with focus on AI;
- “Quality, Reliability, Safety and Cybersecurity”, and more specifically the Cybersecurity aspects;
- “Health and Wellbeing”;
- “Agrifood and Natural Resources”;
- “Digital Society”.
The TEG guidelines provide the opportunity for any active AENEAS member to propose candidates to join the TEG. These candidates are assessed against the current expected requirements for the TEG and the AENEAS Management Committee is then asked to endorse the proposed candidates.
The proposer is requested to fill in the application form and submit it to AENEAS Technical Director Patrick Cogez (cogez@aeneas-office.org) no later than the 15th of November 2022. Applications will be assessed, and recommendations made for decision at the AENEAS Management Committee meeting on the 13th of December 2022.
